Notice Inviting Sealed Bids

THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2017 FORD F450 SERVICE BODY COMBO TRUCK

The City of Belmont hereby publishes a notice inviting sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) 2017 Ford F450 Service Body Combo Truck and referring to the Specifications on file in the Office of Public Works, of which publications shall be at least ten (10) days prior to the time fixed for opening bids.

SEALED BIDS will be received at the City Clerk’s Office, One Twin Pines Lane, Suite 375 Belmont, CA. 94002 (hereinafter the City) until 2:00 PM local time, Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at which time and place they will be publicly opened. The envelope must be marked Vehicle Bid Documents. Bids received after 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, will not be opened nor considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to verify with courier if bid package was delivered per the above stated bid opening requirements.

Request for Bid is for the purchase of one (1) 2017 Ford F450 Service Body Combo Truck

The bidder assumes all responsibility for having the bid delivered on time at the place specified. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bids.

All bidders shall be licensed to sell and deliver vehicles in the State of California. Failure to possess the specified license shall render the bid non-responsive.

Bidders may obtain the bidding documents including Specifications, at Belmont City Hall, Department of Public Works, One Twin Pines Lane, Suite 385, Belmont, CA. or downloading Vehicle Specifications, Notice to Bidders.
