EVENT

Belmont Police Detectives have closed the case from January involving the allegation of a sexual assault on the NDNU campus.  While conducting dozens of follow up interviews, a male NDNU student was identified in the case.  He cooperated with investigators and the case was forwarded to the San Mateo County DA’s Office for review.  Following that review, it was determined that criminal charges would not be filed in this case.
