NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Special Meeting called by Mayor Wozniak pursuant to Government Code Section 54956 for the following items:

1.         Roll Call

2.         Public/Council Comments on Items not on Agenda

3.               Discussion Regarding City-Owned Properties in the San Juan Canyon

Special/Closed/etc.

This interactive Community Meeting will provide an opportunity for the public to ask questions and interact with the City Council regarding options for the City-owned properties located in the San Juan Canyon. This will be followed by City Council discussion and direction on next steps.

This meeting is open to the public. It will not be televised.

The Community Meeting will be conducted at Belmont City Hall, Emergency Operations Center Room - 2nd Floor, One Twin Pines Lane, on January 29, 2013 starting at 7:00 P.M.
